Life Line Screenings Health Screening Registration

St. Luke’s will once again host a public health screening with Life Line Screenings on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Last year’s event was so successful, and we received such positive feedback from the community.┬áThe screening is open to all residents in the area, and registration is required. Life Line Screening offers 5 health screenings at a reduced rate, which include:

  • Carotid artery/plaque screening
  • Heart rhythm screening
  • Abdominal aortic aneurysm screening
  • Peripheral arterial disease screening
  • Osteoporosis risk assessment

The cost for ALL 5 screenings is $139. Some insurance companies may cover the cost of the screenings, so residents are advised to check with your insurance provider. Screenings are painless and non-invasive and results are provided via mail in approximately 21 days. For more information, or to register, please do one of the following:

St. Luke’s Hosts Health Screening Event

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church has partnered up with Life Line Screenings, a leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings in the U.S., to provide discounted health screenings to all members in our community on Monday, August 28th, 2017. 5 types of preventative screenings, including Carotid Artery/Plaque, Heart Rhythm, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Peripheral Arterial Disease, and Osteoporosis Risk, will be offered for at a rate of $139. The screenings are non-invasive, and appointments are available between 9AM-5PM. Registration is required. Anyone interested may register in one of the following ways:
